Welcome and thanks for shopping at the Royal Sugar store. For general questions about merchandise and orders, please send an email to info@richards-southern.com and put (Royal Sugar Merch) in the subject line. We use Shopify on our platforms to give you the best shopping experience possible.

SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICIES

Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days, however, during high volume order periods, shipments may be delayed, due to inventory shortages. Orders will be held until all items are in inventory.
Delivery date estimates are provided by the selected carriers, and cannot be guaranteed.

RETURN POLICY

The Royal Sugar Store is happy to refund or exchange any item(s) (that has not been washed, worn or mishandled) within 30 days of ship date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please send the unworn/unwashed item to the below address with exchange/return instructions & once we receive it we will refund you or send the exchange. Just write this down on a sheet of paper and include this in your return/exchange. Thank you.

We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a return credit. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning. Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, return shipping fees will apply.

PACKING AND SENDING YOUR RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Return in NEW condition
Include a note as to the reason why you are returning/exchanging and include in the return
If exchanging, write down on a sheet of paper what you need exchanged and include this in the return
Please include order number from the original order
